Official Giveaway Rules
These rules apply to weekly giveaways unless a giveaway page states additional prize-specific terms.
No purchase necessary
No purchase or payment is required to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the odds of winning.
Eligibility
Open to legal residents of Arizona who are 18 years of age or older at entry, except State 48 Co-op personnel, a prize sponsor's personnel, and their immediate family or household members. Void where prohibited.
How to enter
Sign in to a free State 48 Co-op member account, open the current giveaway, confirm eligibility and these rules, and submit one entry before the displayed deadline. Limit one entry per person per giveaway.
Winner selection
One winner is selected at random from eligible entries after the giveaway closes. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Notification
The potential winner will be contacted using the email or phone associated with their member profile. Failure to respond within the period stated in the notification may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Prizes
The prize and any material restrictions are described on the giveaway page. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash substitution is offered unless State 48 Co-op determines otherwise. Winners are responsible for applicable taxes.
General conditions
State 48 Co-op may cancel, suspend, or modify a giveaway when fraud, technical failure, or another circumstance affects its integrity. Entries that are automated, duplicated, incomplete, or abusive may be disqualified.
Privacy
Entry information is used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the winner, and fulfill the prize. It is handled according to applicable law and is not sold as a condition of entry.
